Alfred Nobel, l’inventeur
de la dynamite, a laissé une fortune à sa mort en 1896. Dans son testament, il
précisa que les intérêts de sa fortune devaient être distribués chaque année à
ceux qui seraient responsables de progrès significatifs dans six différents
domaines culturels et/ou scientifiques.
What is the Nobel
prize?
Alfred Nobel, the inventor of dynamite, left a fortune
when he died in 1896. His will specified that the interests of his fortune were
to be given annually as prizes to those responsible for advancements in six
different cultural and/or scientific domains. The Nobel Prize is widely
regarded as the most prestigious award available in the fields of literature,
medicine, physics, chemistry, peace, and economics.
